Question: What should I expect?

 

It takes time to test, validate, and improve performance over time. On the average, you will start seeing real results after 21 days but this is only short-term gains and not sustainable. Amazon requires consistent and methodical effort for months, even years, to continuously scale up and improve your sales.

 

I wish it would only take one day and everybody can make a huge amount of money quickly and easily. But in reality, it doesn't work that way. Amazon is much smarter than you and I. Trust me, they know all the tricks, hacks, and black hat strategies. Believe me, I've met with them at their headquarters and they know everything sellers are doing to cut corners.

 

Also the search algorithm knows this and only rewards quality products with long-term, continuously sales over a long.  That's why we need to ensure you have a solid foundation for a minimum 90 days in order to measure results properly.

 

Question: Why are your services per ASIN (ie per SKU)? 

 

Keep in mind we still allow for clients to order multiple ASINs.  There is no limitation on the number of products we manage for each client.

 

But in order to be successful with the best results, we feel our team needs to have 100% concentration and focus per ASIN (or SKU).  Our services and fees are structured and tested based on continuous optimization effort per ASIN / SKU.  Based on our experience, it's detrimental to shift focus on an entire Amazon account across multiple products or even hundreds of products.  This is why everything we do for clients is based on per ASIN / SKU.

 

Also if you have many products but just want us to focus on one ASIN / SKU, then we recommend selecting the product that has a large upside potential but just needs market validation and scaling up. Or you can even select the top product for an additional boost or going after other market niche.

 

Question: What if I have parent-child variations? Is that equal to a single product ASIN (ie SKU) or multiple ASINs (ie SKUs)?

 

We consider each child as a single ASIN / SKU.  In fact, Amazon even considers each child as a standalone product especially within search. It's best to use our services by selecting single products (not multiple variations) and then letting us focus, validate and improve on this single product.

 

Question: Why does the email funnel have unlimited ASINs (ie SKUs)?

 

The email funnel is customized and tailored towards your brand but also works for an unlimited number of ASINs / SKUs.   We don't limit the number of  ASINs / SKUs because we have tested and perfected it for many different types of products and triggers.  Also the emails are automatically personalized to the customer, for example, product title, delivery information, contact info, contact button and much much more!

 

Question: Do you offer volume discounts?  I have a ton of products.

 

Sorry we only have fees per ASIN / SKU. Not only does this simplify the prices for you but also it allows everyone to focus (plus easily measure performance over time and ROI). 

 

There are times when we may provide "bulk services" to a large companies over 10 million in revenues. These companies have many products they need help with. This is a convenience to package the work together so it's simpler.

 

Question: Can you guarantee me results and a massive ROI (ie return on investment)?

 

We try to deliver the maximum amount of results possible for your product. There are no guarantees of making millions because there are hundreds of factors that make a product successful and convert to a sale.  We can't guarantee results but we can certainly use a scientific approach by testing the demand for your product, measuring, then maximizing based on data and what's working.  It's an iterative process of continuous improvement.

 

But if your really focused on ROI, we had made some clients millions. But the bottom line is... Will a ton of customers actually buy your product or not?

 

Question: I want to be a millionaire.  Can you help me do it quickly and easy?

 

If you're looking for a get rich quick scheme then I would look elsewhere. We're not in the business of lying.  We recommend rethinking your strategy and goals. A good starting point is thinking about your customer first then researching and launching a unique product that's going to solve their problems.

 

Question: How fast does it take to get results?

 

Typically you will start seeing results in about 3 weeks.  But this is too short for sustainable long term results.  You need continued selling and momentum to gain trust with Amazon and the customer. Amazon will reward you with more sales only if your prove you have a great product with outstanding customer service. You need to build momentum. Our services and advice will certainly help.

 

Question: Can you get us a massive amount of reviews quickly? We need a ton of reviews (or like to buy reviews)? Or do you have a secret Facebook group for trading reviews?

 

Its a 100% no. We do not break Amazon policies or rules by purchasing or trading reviews. All the reviews we generate for our clients are from our excellent email funnel and organic "non-discounted" sales.

 

The promotional sales do not generate reviews per Amazon policies. Amazon considers promotional sales as incentivized which makes a lot of sense. We recommend reviewing the Amazon policies and Terms of Service.

 

Question: Do you help companies with commoditized or private label products?

 

Yes absolutely. The level of quality of your product is determined by how the customer perceives the product and how useful it is. It's hard to say if your product is "low quality" if people are still buying and providing good reviews or feedback. If you have a lot of positive reviews then there's a good chance that your product is a quality one even if its sourced from China.

Also we can certainly help you even if it's a commoditized product but this made me and you might have a lot of stiff competition with lower prices for higher quality products. Just keep in mind it may take time to validate your product.

 

Question: Can you audit my product and tell me why it's not selling?

 

Yes absolutely. We are happy to audit your product for FREE. We offer free audits here for one ASIN / SKU . Also as part of the validation package, there is an audit report that comprehensively analyzes your product and tells you what items need to be fixed.

 

Question: How do I know you're not breaking Amazon policies or Terms of Service?

 

 We work directly with Amazon and have been helping clients for 10 + years.  We have never had a suspension or major issue with our clients because we follow the rules.  We make sure all our services are verified within Amazon's policies and Terms of Service.

 

Question: Do you help brands win the buy box from other resellers?

 

Most of the time we only work with companies that own the brand and the buy box.  Typically our customers are brand registered and maintain 100% control of the product page.

 

If you have other resellers or lowball competition on your Amazon page, it's possible we can help you get the buy box back but it's going to require you to lower prices.

 

If the product and brand is your own and trademarked you may want to remove the distribution of your product to wholesalers and other resellers. In order to maintain control of the product page, you need to remove those resellers completely from your distribution channel. Once you get the buy box from the other sellers then it's time to improve and scale it up. But you may need a repricer to keep your prices low so you continuously keep the buy box.

 

Question: Can you send us examples of your email funnel? We want to see your secrets.

 

Sorry, we don't allow a non-paying customers to see our process or emails.  We have spent years perfecting it and it's only for paying customers.  If you want to see it then certainly sign up then we'll set it up for you : )

 

Question: Do you work for free or on commission? We don't have a lot of money.

 

We only work with professional, high quality companies that have already launched products.  We have found that committed and serious brands are willing to invest in appropriate marketing and advertising budgets.  Sorry we don't allow tire kickers looking for free work or commission.

 

But, rest assured, we certainly make sure our services are priced so you can scale up over time.  This was been tested with 1000's of products.
